Today's Finds

This morning we headed almost next door to us to a car-boot-sale. Every year we carry home some nice things from there but maybe this year was the best ever. Delighted by the wonderful finds we also drove to some of our favourite second hand shops and our good luck continued.

Eg. we got 4 and a half Kilta chairs in acceptable condition for 1,50 euros! Can you believe it? I like that simple style of them and I would probably even like them as kitchen chairs but we'll see after we clean them a bit. We are hopeful that we don't have to upholster them. We also found an amazing floor lamp but photo of that and the Kiltas later as we get them cleaned!

Here are the other finds I did get a photo of. First vintage patterns from about 60's. Some nice jackets and dresses, also for the children.

I almost missed this beauty but luckily found it again. It is almost like a new! And price? 1 euro.

That little tray was my bloke's pick. He's got eye for the goods, don't you think? I, in the other hand, couldn't pass that cute little tin. The colors and the style are just so me.

This last photo is of the absolute beauties I couldn't forget as we went trough the area many times. I always returned on that table. They were probably the most expensive boughts of the day but I am hoping to get a perfect lamp out of them and one lamp body we also bought. Maybe some day...

My mom has the exact same little wicker basket, she has her sewing stuff in it. I haven't seen it (or remembered it's existence)for years and just got a bunch of childhood memories as I saw this pic :D
